TEOCO Corporation Acquires Software Synergy, Inc.

TEOCO Corporation, a provider of analytics and network optimization solutions, acquired Software Synergy, Inc. (SSI), a 30+-year provider of automated routing and optimization software for communications service providers. The deal (announced in May 2022) closed in December 2021 and brings SSI's Universal Routing Solution and toll-free routing capabilities into TEOCO's analytics and routing product portfolio.

Westelcom Acquires Teo Communications Services

Westelcom, a New York-based provider of advanced communications services, has acquired Teo Communications Services, a Mukilteo, Washington–based unified communications and contact center solutions provider. The deal adds Teo’s proprietary unified communications technology, national sales and support capabilities, and expands Westelcom’s product portfolio and geographic reach to a national footprint.

Amdocs Acquires Sourced Group

The acquisition strengthens Amdocs' cloud transformation capabilities and expands its services for communications, media and other enterprise customers across North America, Asia-Pacific and Australia.

TELEO Capital Acquires SOFTRAX from TELUS Corporation

The deal strengthens Arrow's SD‑WAN, complex networking and security capabilities and integrates UK‑tec's founders and technical team into Arrow's channel offering.
