eSource Capital Group has acquired a controlling interest in Daxos, a Bogotá-based cloud solutions and software development firm focused on digital transformation and cloud-native connectors for Google, AWS and Azure. The acquisition expands eSource’s cloud capability set across the Americas and follows its recent integration of a Google Cloud partner in Mexico, positioning the group to offer a broader portfolio of cloud services to enterprise buyers.

Concentrix Acquires ServiceSource International

Concentrix Corporation agreed to acquire ServiceSource International, Inc. in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $131 million to expand Concentrix's B2B digital sales and customer success capabilities. The deal, announced May 9, 2022, is expected to be accretive in the first year driven by revenue and cost synergies and is financed primarily with Concentrix cash and credit facility capacity.

Descartes Systems Group Acquires GroundCloud

UPSTACK Acquires LinkSource Technologies' Network & Cloud Sourcing Business

UPSTACK acquired the network and cloud sourcing business of LinkSource Technologies LLC and formed a strategic partnership with LinkSource's hardware sourcing arm, LinkSource Systems. The deal brings LinkSource's network, cloud and managed-services capabilities and several team members into UPSTACK while founders Curt Lewis and Jason Newbold retain ownership of the hardware business and remain invested owners.
