Troon, a Scottsdale-based leader in golf and club hospitality management, has acquired ICON Management Services, a Florida-based golf, tennis, amenity and community association management company founded in 2007. The acquisition expands Troon's HOA, club and community management capabilities and adds ICON's footprint across Florida (including offices in Bradenton, Fort Myers and Orlando) and its approximately 1,800 team members.

Troon Acquires The Club at Cordillera

Troon, the Scottsdale-based golf and club management company, has purchased The Club at Cordillera, a private 54-hole mountain golf club in Edwards, Colorado, from Wind Rose Holdings LLC. The deal closed December 10, 2024; Troon will retain the existing management team and employees and plans capital improvements including a bunker renovation in 2025.

Troon Acquires Peter Burwash International

Troon, the Scottsdale-based leader in golf and club hospitality management, has acquired Peter Burwash International (PBI), a global tennis management and instruction company. The deal brings PBI's portfolio of more than 30 properties into Troon's racquet sports division and combines PBI with Troon's existing Cliff Drysdale Tennis business to create the world's largest third-party racquet sports operator.
