Bain Capital Credit and Group 1001 provided senior debt financing and acted as equity co-investors to support the transaction; terms were not disclosed.

(EMS), a provider of aquatic, land, and resource management services for lakes, ponds and wetlands across the Southeastern United States. Eight Quarter Advisors served as the exclusive sell-side advisor; the acquisition expands The Brydon Group's portfolio and capabilities in environmental services and strengthens EMS's resources to pursue growth with municipal, government, and private clients.

New Mountain Capital Acquires Emmes from Behrman Capital

The acquisition adds managed services capabilities to LBMX's existing EDI, PIM and eCommerce offerings, enabling expanded services (including central payments and PIM enrichment) for independent distributors, buying groups and suppliers across end markets such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, building materials and food service equipment.
