The Brydon Group, a lower middle-market private equity firm based in Greenwich, Connecticut, has acquired Estate Management Services, Inc. (EMS), a provider of aquatic, land, and resource management services for lakes, ponds and wetlands across the Southeastern United States. Eight Quarter Advisors served as the exclusive sell-side advisor; the acquisition expands The Brydon Group's portfolio and capabilities in environmental services and strengthens EMS's resources to pursue growth with municipal, government, and private clients.
