Ingersoll Rand Inc. acquired Termomeccanica Industrial Compressors S.p.A. (TMIC) and its subsidiary Adicomp S.p.A. for approximately €160 million. The businesses — Italy-based designers and manufacturers of air and gas compressors and engineered-to-order RNG solutions — will join Ingersoll Rand's Industrial Technologies and Services segment to expand capabilities in renewable natural gas and other high-growth end markets.
