The deal closed July 31, 2025 with terms not disclosed and is intended to expand Nwestco's presence and capabilities in the Intermountain region.

Nwestco Acquires IDECO-NV

Nwestco, a distributor and service provider of fueling, car-wash and EV-charging infrastructure and a portfolio company of Guardian Capital Partners, has acquired IDECO-NV, a regional service, maintenance, compliance, and testing provider for petroleum equipment headquartered in Las Vegas. The deal, advised on the sell-side by Infinity Capital Partners, expands Nwestco's technician capacity and strengthens its presence across the Intermountain / Western U.S. as the sixth add-on under Guardian's ownership.

Nwestco Acquires Able Clean-Up Technologies, Inc.

Denver-based Nwestco, LLC has acquired Able Clean-Up Technologies, Inc., a Spokane, Washington environmental services provider, in a deal completed January 31, 2024. The acquisition expands Nwestco's environmental services capabilities and regional footprint across WA, ID and MT; terms were not disclosed. Nwestco is PE-backed following a June 2023 recapitalization by Guardian Capital Partners, which supported the strategic add-on.

Nwestco Acquires Palmetto Environmental Group LLC

Tanknology Acquires Northwest Tank and Environmental Services

Tanknology Inc., a subsidiary of D&H United Fueling Solutions and a global provider of environmental compliance testing and fuel-quality services, has acquired Northwest Tank and Environmental Services, a Woodinville, Washington–based provider of underground storage tank compliance services and meter calibrations. The acquisition expands Tanknology's geographic capacity in the U.S. Northwest, adds technical staff and capabilities, and enables the combined company to offer additional proprietary testing and inspection services.
