Nwestco, a Denver-based provider of fuel and car wash equipment and services owned by Guardian Capital Partners, has acquired Petro West, a fuel services and equipment provider serving Utah, Nevada and Arizona. The deal closed July 31, 2025 with terms not disclosed and is intended to expand Nwestco's presence and capabilities in the Intermountain region.

Denver-based Nwestco, LLC has acquired Able Clean-Up Technologies, Inc., a Spokane, Washington environmental services provider, in a deal completed January 31, 2024. The acquisition expands Nwestco's environmental services capabilities and regional footprint across WA, ID and MT; terms were not disclosed. Nwestco is PE-backed following a June 2023 recapitalization by Guardian Capital Partners, which supported the strategic add-on.

Nwestco Acquires Arkoma Services, LLC

Pacific West Acquires Eagle Remediation and Demolition Services

Pacific West, a Bluejay Capital Partners portfolio company, announced an add-on investment in Eagle Remediation and Demolition Services, a Springtown, Texas-based provider of turnkey environmental remediation, demolition and abatement services. The transaction brings Eagle founder Mark Anderson into Pacific West's executive team as Vice President of Environmental and supports Pacific West's strategy to expand geographically across the western U.S. and broaden its environmental service capabilities.

Palmetto Air & Water Balance Acquires N.D. White Engineering Services

Palmetto Air & Water Balance, a Sunny River Management portfolio company, has acquired and merged the operations of N.D. White Engineering Services, LLC into its Abilene/Lubbock operations as Palmetto – Abilene. Founders Nick and Linda White will retire following a transition period; the transaction was financed by Deerpath Capital Management and represents Palmetto's first add-on under Sunny River Management.
