Zebra Technologies has acquired antuit.ai, an AI-powered SaaS provider of demand forecasting and merchandising solutions for the retail and CPG industries. The acquisition (previously owned by a consortium led by Goldman Sachs Asset Management) expands Zebra's retail software portfolio by adding advanced AI forecasting capabilities to better connect planning and execution across customers' supply chains and store operations.

Logility Acquires AI Forecasting Startup Garvis

Logility, a provider of cloud-based prescriptive supply chain planning solutions and subsidiary of American Software, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Garvis, an Antwerp-based AI-native demand forecasting SaaS startup. Garvis’ DemandAI+ will be embedded into Logility’s Digital Supply Chain Platform to add generative-AI and ML-driven demand forecasting capabilities and accelerate supply chain planning accuracy and automation.

Hightouch Acquires HeadsUp

Atairos Completes Minority Investment in Antares Audio Technologies (Auto-Tune)

Atairos has completed a minority growth investment in Antares Audio Technologies, the creator of the Auto-Tune vocal-processing software and Auto-Tune Unlimited SaaS suite. Financial terms were not disclosed; the capital will support Auto-Tune's continued SaaS growth, AI integration and expansion into new creator markets. Existing investors include Ulysses Management and Orkila Capital; Lazard and Robinson Bradshaw advised Antares while Davis Polk & Wardwell advised Atairos.
