Creach Family Holdings, a privately held family investment firm, has acquired Freudenthal Home-Based Healthcare, a St. Joseph, Missouri provider of in-home assistance, skilled nursing and hospice services. Freudenthal will continue to operate under its existing name and join CFH's Home Health and Hospice group (which includes Faith Home Health and Hospice), expanding CFH's in-home care footprint in the Midwest.

Dream Finders Homes (via Jet HomeLoans) Acquires Cherry Creek Mortgage

The deal (closed March 4, 2025) expands Jet HomeLoans' servicing capabilities and strengthens Dream Finders' mortgage offering to support new-build construction lending and affordability for its homebuyers.

United Homes Group Acquires Creekside Custom Homes' Homebuilding Business

United Homes Group, Inc. (UHG) acquired the homebuilding business and assets of Creekside Custom Homes, LLC, expanding UHG’s presence in the Myrtle Beach / Coastal South Carolina market. Creekside owner Jamie McLain and his team will join UHG’s Great Southern Homes Coastal division to support growth and secure future lot positions consistent with UHG’s land-light strategy.

St. Croix Hospice Acquires HomeCare of Mid Missouri, Nurses & Company and Transitions Hospice

St. Croix Hospice (Oakdale, Minnesota) acquired three Missouri-based businesses formerly owned by LifeCare Collective: HomeCare of Mid Missouri, Nurses & Company and Transitions Hospice, adding four branch locations in Bolivar, Moberly, Nixa and St. Peters and expanding St. Croix’s Missouri footprint to six offices. The deal was facilitated by Agenda Health and legal counsel Waller; the acquisition continues St. Croix’s regional expansion of hospice and home-based care services.

Wolter Inc. Acquires Cincinnati Crane & Hoist

Wolter Inc., a Brookfield, Wisconsin-based material handling solutions provider, has acquired Cincinnati Crane & Hoist, a Cincinnati-area manufacturer of overhead cranes, hoists, and custom crane systems. The acquisition expands Wolter's manufacturing capabilities and product offerings in the crane and hoist market, while preserving CC&H's turnkey engineering, installation, and service capabilities.

Notion Acquires Cron Calendar

Notion has acquired Cron, a next-generation calendar app, and the Cron team (including founder Raphael Schaad) is joining Notion. Notion will keep Cron as a separate app initially and plans to integrate Cron’s calendaring capabilities to better connect synchronous scheduling with Notion’s asynchronous workspace tools.
