Creach Family Holdings, a privately held family investment firm, has acquired Freudenthal Home-Based Healthcare, a St. Joseph, Missouri provider of in-home assistance, skilled nursing and hospice services. Freudenthal will continue to operate under its existing name and join CFH's Home Health and Hospice group (which includes Faith Home Health and Hospice), expanding CFH's in-home care footprint in the Midwest.
