Atlanta-based growth equity firm Fulcrum Equity Partners invested $11 million in Nashville-based HomeFirst Home Healthcare to provide growth capital supporting HomeFirst's acquisitions of Mountain Home Health (North Carolina/Georgia) and BridgeWay Home Health (Atlanta area). The funding, supported by existing investors including Harpeth Ventures, will be used to expand HomeFirst's footprint across the Southeast and explore adjacent services such as hospice.

First Horizon, founded in 2017, provides skilled and unskilled in-home care and operates a Certified Nursing Assistant school serving over 200 individuals; Generational Group advised the seller on the sale.

Humana Acquires onehome

Humana Inc. has signed a definitive agreement to acquire onehome (One Homecare Solutions) from WayPoint Capital Partners, accelerating Humana's development of a value-based home health offering and complementing its Kindred at Home integration. onehome, headquartered in Miramar, Florida, provides home-based services including home health, infusion, and DME and has experience with risk-based contracting in Florida and Texas; financial terms were not disclosed.
