RoadSafe Traffic Systems, Inc. has acquired Clark Pavement Markings, Inc., a pavement marking and striping contractor based in Apex, North Carolina. The deal expands RoadSafe’s pavement marking footprint in the North Carolina market and is the platform’s second acquisition since RoadSafe entered a strategic partnership with Investcorp and Trilantic North America in April 2021.

InfraStripe (Soundcore) Acquires American Road Markings

The add-on transaction expands InfraStripe's platform footprint into the Mid-Atlantic and brings American Road Markings' federal, municipal and commercial contracts into the InfraStripe network; terms were not disclosed.
