Doxim has acquired Pinnacle Data Systems, L.L.C., a large privately held customer communications and payments provider, in a strategic purchase to combine production facilities, technology and talent. The deal brings Pinnacle's expertise and Fortune 100 customer relationships together with Doxim's CCM platform to expand capabilities, scale document production and accelerate growth across regulated markets such as utilities, healthcare and financial services.

Xcite Automotive has acquired Pinnacle Automotive, including its Diamond Dealer Services and Diamond Digital PRO platforms, to expand its reconditioning, merchandising and inventory workflow capabilities. The Pinnacle assets will be integrated into Xcite's ReconLogic and Frontline platforms; Camden Partners (a Baltimore-based private equity firm) also joined Xcite's board as part of the announcement.
