SmartBear announced a definitive agreement to acquire Bugsnag, adding enterprise-grade application stability and error monitoring to its portfolio of software quality tools. Bugsnag, a San Francisco–based provider of full‑stack stability and error monitoring used by over 6,000 organizations, will join SmartBear’s offerings to strengthen its DevOps and production monitoring capabilities.

BrowserStack Acquires Nightwatch.js

BrowserStack has acquired Nightwatch.js, the open-source Node.js end-to-end test automation framework, and will continue to keep the project open-source while investing in its development. BrowserStack said the move will help scale Nightwatch.js and deepen its support for the developer and testing community.

Acorns Acquires EarlyBird
