Mubadala Capital Acquires Majority Stake in Bugaboo Group from Bain Capital

Mubadala Capital has agreed to acquire a majority stake in Bugaboo Group, the Dutch maker of premium strollers and parenting products, with Bain Capital retaining a minority position. The deal, which remains subject to works council consultation and customary regulatory approvals, is intended to support Bugaboo's expansion into growth markets and to accelerate consolidation in the juvenile products sector.

Auria Acquires BCubed Engineering

Auria, a portfolio company of Enlightenment Capital, has acquired BCubed Engineering Corporation, a Warrenton, Virginia–based developer of software-defined satellite communications, digital ground systems, and cloud-native command-and-control platforms. The acquisition expands Auria's C3 (command, control, communications) software and hardware capabilities to better serve customers including the U.S. Space Force, Special Operations Command, and the Intelligence Community; Auria now has more than 500 employees across multiple U.S. locations.

TransPerfect Acquires Unbabel

Mubadala Capital Acquires CI Financial in C$12.1B Take-Private

Mubadala Capital, through its investment vehicle MC Accelerate Co‑Invest LP, completed a take‑private acquisition of CI Financial Corp. for C$32.00 per share, in a transaction implying an enterprise value of approximately C$12.1 billion. CI will remain headquartered in Toronto and operate under its existing management and brands while gaining access to Mubadala Capital's global network and capital to accelerate its private wealth and U.S. expansion.
