Massey Services, a Florida-based pest management and landscape services company, has acquired Peninsular Pest Control Service Inc. (aka the "Critter Gitter"), a family-owned pest control provider headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida. The acquisition expands Massey’s presence and customer base in Northeast Florida; Peninsular serves about 30,000 residential and commercial customers across the Jacksonville, St. Augustine and Ponte Vedra markets.

Senske Services Acquires Pro Turf & Pro Pest Solutions

Senske Services has acquired Pro Turf & Pro Pest Solutions, a Kansas City–area lawn care and pest control company serving Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska and Iowa. The deal brings roughly 75 employees and nearly 20,000 customers into Senske's portfolio as the company makes its first expansion into the U.S. Midwest; co-owners Scott and Staci Doss will transition while Scott Doss remains leading day-to-day operations.

PestCo Holdings Acquires Bio‑Tech Pest Control

The add‑on expands PestCo's presence in the Houston metropolitan market; terms were not disclosed. The sellers are owners Pierre Riettini and Jason Pitman.

Arrow Exterminators Acquires Spider Man Pest Control, Inc.

The transaction closed on October 9, 2024, and was advised by Generational Group; Arrow will integrate Spider Man’s services and team as part of its regional expansion.
