The Mather Group, LLC (TMG), a family- and employee-owned, fee-only wealth management firm headquartered in Chicago, has acquired California-based Glikman/Associates, an RIA with $104.7 million in Assets Under Advisement. The deal expands TMG’s San Francisco Bay Area presence and marks its 10th acquisition in just over two years, bringing total AUA to more than $8.4 billion.

Integrity Marketing Group Acquires J.D. Mullens

Chen Moore and Associates Acquires NZ Consultants

Fort Lauderdale-based Chen Moore and Associates has acquired Jupiter, Florida-based NZ Consultants in a 100% acquisition that expands Chen Moore's planning services and establishes a satellite office in Jupiter. The deal increases the firm's statewide headcount to about 120 employees and brings NZ Consultants' principal Nilsa Zacarias, AICP, into Chen Moore as Director of Planning.

The Hilb Group Acquires Owen Moore Insurance Agency

The Hilb Group, LLC (THG) acquired Michigan-based Owen Moore Insurance Agency, LLC (OMA) effective December 31, 2020. OMA, a full-service property and casualty insurance agency, will join THG's Midwest region with Randal (Randy) Moore and his team; THG is a PE-backed insurance brokerage controlled by The Carlyle Group.
