England & Company served as exclusive financial advisor to D.N.E.; the SEAL business, based in Boca Raton, Florida, produces external fixation devices for foot and ankle orthopedics and will be integrated into Enovis' foot & ankle portfolio to broaden its product capabilities and market reach.

Ennis Acquires Assets of Infoseal
