UK-based private equity firm ECI Partners has acquired Netherlands-headquartered Paragin Group, a provider of high-stakes exam and assessment software, from Main Capital Partners. The deal — financed in part by Crescent Capital Group's European Specialty Lending strategy — will support Paragin's international expansion and continued buy-and-build strategy under ECI's ownership.

CIPHR Group Acquires Digits Industries Ltd

OSF Digital Acquires Aarin Inc.

The acquisition expands OSF’s Marketing Cloud center of excellence and delivery presence in North America to strengthen its Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CDP and personalization capabilities; terms were not disclosed.

iCapital Network Acquires AI Insight

iCapital Network has agreed to acquire the assets of AI Insight, Inc., an education and compliance platform that provides fund-specific research, training and credentialing for financial advisors focused on alternative investments. As part of the transaction, AI Insight’s executives Sherri Cooke and Jennifer Simon and eight additional employees are expected to join iCapital to integrate AI Insight’s learning management system into iCapital’s advisor-facing alternative investment platform.
