Harbour Group Acquires LOFA Industries, LLC

Harbour Group, a privately owned operations-focused company based in St. Louis, has acquired LOFA Industries, LLC, a Roswell, Georgia-based supplier of advanced engine controls, sensors, control panels and wiring harnesses for mobile industrial equipment. The LOFA management team will remain in place as Harbour Group said it will support product development, customer service initiatives and complementary acquisitions to drive growth.

Terms were not disclosed; SHF founder Michael Chapman will remain as president. Harbour Group said it will use its operational expertise to accelerate SHF's growth in current and new markets.

Fulton Asset Management, a family-backed investment platform based in Chicago, has acquired AFCO Industries, Inc., a vertically integrated U.S. manufacturer of aluminum, fiberglass, vinyl, and composite building products and a provider of CNC metal fabrication and contract manufacturing services headquartered in Alexandria, Louisiana. AFCO's existing leadership will remain in place; Fulton said the deal expands its industrial portfolio and reflects a long-term commitment to U.S. manufacturing.

Borgman Capital, a Milwaukee-based private investment firm, has acquired Harlo Corporation, an 88-year-old manufacturer of rough terrain forklifts headquartered in Grandville, Michigan. The transaction transfers ownership from the Crooks family to Borgman Capital; Harlo will continue to operate under its name with existing leadership and 54 employees, and will gain resources to expand capacity and product development.
