Optimity Limited, a London-based connectivity and managed services provider backed by FPE Capital, has acquired Pebble IT Limited to strengthen and accelerate growth in managed services, cloud, security and infrastructure offerings. Pebble IT's managing director David Osen will join Optimity as Chief Information Officer to help integrate the teams and expand Optimity's smart campus and workplace IT capabilities.
