Actief Group Acquires Hartmanns A/S to Enter Danish Market

Belgium-based Actief Group has acquired Hartmanns A/S, a Ballerup-headquartered Danish HR services and temporary staffing firm, allowing Actief to enter the Danish market. Hartmanns — the number three temporary staffer in Denmark that places roughly 1,000 people — will be led by its current CEO Anne-Mette Ravn as part of the Actief organization; Actief is majority-held by Gilde Equity Management and is pursuing add-on acquisitions to expand geographically.

MatchWorks Acquires Get Work's HR and Temporary Employment Business

Netherlands-based HR services provider MatchWorks has acquired the temporary employment and HR activities of Get Work. Get Work will retain its name and identity, with director Sytze Bril remaining involved; MatchWorks said the deal strengthens its regional HR position and creates an organisation supporting roughly 895 people, 138 SME clients and about 18 national customers. Terms were not disclosed.

Faber Connect Acquires Edmonton-based Prime Staffing

Randstad NV Acquires Zorgwerk

Proman Partners with Agilitas Group to Expand in Belgium and the Netherlands

Proman, a family-owned French HR and temporary employment group, is becoming a shareholder in Belgium-based Agilitas Group, creating a combined organisation that would be the sixth-largest European temporary employment agency with a combined 2019 turnover of EUR 2.8 billion. Gilde Buy Out Partners and Agilitas management will remain significant minority shareholders; the deal is subject to European competition approval and will not affect day-to-day operations or employment.

Agilea Solutions Acquires Workerbee
