Ubiquity Management, LP has completed the acquisition of Millennium Telcom, LLC d/b/a OneSource Communications from Tri-County Electric Cooperative. Ubiquity plans substantial investment in OneSource’s 300+ mile fiber network in the Dallas–Fort Worth area to grow residential and business broadband penetration and expand services across the market.
