Xceedance has acquired Millennium Information Services, a leading U.S. property inspection and data analytics provider, adding nearly 200 team members and a nationwide contractor network of more than 1,300 inspectors. The deal strengthens Xceedance's underwriting support and analytics capabilities—accelerating its expansion in personal lines and enabling broader inspection- and data-driven services for carriers and MGAs via Millennium's MAPS platform.

Ubiquity plans substantial investment in OneSource’s 300+ mile fiber network in the Dallas–Fort Worth area to grow residential and business broadband penetration and expand services across the market.

ImOn Communications Acquires Danville Telecom

Centillion, an engineering and geospatial services provider for FTTx and Hybrid Fiber Coax networks with operations in the U.S., Europe, Australia and a design center in India, will enable Osmose to offer end-to-end fiber engineering, design, permitting and post-construction services at greater scale; Osmose is a PE-backed platform owned by EQT Infrastructure.

DaisyCo Inc. (Daisy), a national home and small business technology installation and services company, acquired Millennium Systems Design, Inc. (MSD) of Orlando, Florida. The acquisition closed February 3, 2025 and brings MSD's premium audio/video and low-voltage systems integration capabilities into Daisy's growing national network to expand its presence in Central Florida.
