DW Healthcare Partners Acquires Majority Stake in CEFALY Technology SPRL

DW Healthcare Partners (DWHP) announced a majority investment in CEFALY Technology SPRL, a Liège, Belgium–based manufacturer of neuro‑modulating medical devices for prevention and treatment of migraines. The investment—DWHP’s first from its fifth fund—will support CEFALY’s next stage of global growth and coincides with the appointment of Jen Trainor as CEO to scale marketing, sales and distribution.
