Blockstream Acquires Elysium Lab

Blockstream has acquired Lugano-based digital asset company Elysium Lab and launched Blockstream CH SAGL as its European headquarters and incubator. The deal brings Elysium’s team, patents and IP into Blockstream to support expanded Bitcoin-native R&D and institutional product development in Switzerland and across Europe.
