Acorn Health Acquires Seven Practice Sites from Breakthrough Behavior Florida

Acorn Health, a national provider of applied behavior analysis (ABA) services, acquired seven practice sites (six in Florida and one in Virginia) from Breakthrough Behavior Florida to expand its footprint and better serve families in those markets. The centers expand Acorn’s network in Florida to 14 sites and to 13 in Virginia; Calex Partners served as financial advisor to Acorn Health on the transaction.
