Acorn Health, a national provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, has acquired the ABA therapy assets affiliated with Concord Foundations Network. The acquisition expands Acorn Health's geographic footprint into Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee and strengthens its capabilities in Michigan and Virginia, creating a combined network that will serve more than 1,200 families across seven states and 35 clinics.

Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan Board has acquired a majority stake in Acorn Health, a national provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. MBF Healthcare Partners II, L.P. fully exited the business; Acorn Health founder Vicki Kroviak and senior management retain a meaningful ownership stake. Terms were not disclosed.

Acorn Health Acquires Autism University (Macomb/Clinton Township, MI)

Acorn Health has acquired Autism University (formerly a subsidiary of Crawl Walk Jump Run) in Macomb/Clinton Township, Michigan. Autism University becomes a wholly-owned subsidiary and will operate as an additional Autism Centers of Michigan location, expanding Acorn Health's center-based ABA services in Southeast Michigan and bringing its Michigan footprint to 11 centers.
