Acorn Health, a PE-backed national ABA therapy provider, has acquired the assets of Sandcastle Centers (formerly JKP Analysts) to expand its presence in the Orlando, Florida market. The acquisition makes Sandcastle a wholly owned subsidiary and is intended to add clinical talent and operational capabilities as Acorn continues to scale in core markets.

MBF Healthcare Partners II, L.P. fully exited the business; Acorn Health founder Vicki Kroviak and senior management retain a meaningful ownership stake. Terms were not disclosed.
