Seven Point Equity Partners announced a strategic partnership with San Fernando-based Frazier Aviation; the transaction was supported by a syndicate of investors including Caltius Structured Capital (which provided debt and equity), Trinity Investors, Hall Capital Holdings, and UMB Capital Corporation. Seven Point has established Frazier Aviation International, LLC as a holding company (Brian Williams named CEO) to serve as a growth platform to expand product offerings and manufacturing capabilities organically and via targeted acquisitions; Bob Frazier will continue to lead Frazier Aviation as a subsidiary.
