Randstad NV has signed an agreement to acquire Grupo CTC, a Spanish outsourcing provider of industrial, logistics and sales & marketing services, from Portobello Capital. The deal (enterprise value €80.5 million) expands Randstad’s value-added service capabilities and strengthens its leadership presence in Spain; Grupo CTC generated about €230 million in revenue in 2022 and operates from multiple offices and logistics facilities across Spain and Portugal.

Lineage Logistics Acquires Grupo Fuentes

Lineage Logistics has completed the acquisition of Grupo Fuentes, a Murcia-headquartered Spanish transport and cold-storage operator. The deal brings Grupo Fuentes' fleet of more than 500 vehicles, six logistics centers, a 60,000-pallet refrigerated warehouse, and approximately 850 employees into Lineage, strengthening its cold-chain and transport footprint in Spain and Southern Europe.

The TonerPartner Group, backed by private equity investor Rivean Capital, has acquired 100% of Trensco GmbH & Co. KG and its brands HD Toner and HQ‑Fit. The deal expands TonerPartner's e‑commerce platform, creating the largest online retailer in Germany for printer consumables with roughly one million active customers and over €100 million in annual revenue, and aims to capture growth via AI‑driven marketing, procurement synergies and new sustainable product ranges.
