(the parent of the CareClix telemedicine group) in a stock-for-stock transaction. WPFH will issue 6 million unregistered common shares (with up to 4 million additional shares contingent on performance) and provide working capital to integrate CareClix's virtual healthcare services into the Vezbi Super App to expand direct-to-consumer and enterprise telehealth offerings.

CareMetx Acquires PX Technology

The deal brings Experience Care’s NetSolutions platform (serving ~150 clients and 850 facilities) into WellSky to expand capabilities in care coordination, analytics, interoperability, and revenue cycle management for long-term care organizations.
