BBS Automation Acquires ReaLead (Add-on)

EQT-backed BBS Automation has acquired ReaLead, a founder-led Chinese automation solutions provider based in Kunshan, as its third add-on under EQT ownership. The deal strengthens BBS' footprint in China, expands access to ReaLead's domestic customer base and 5G telecommunications capabilities, and follows a €140 million refinancing that supports further consolidation.
