Rivean Capital Acquires Majority Stake in Acture Group from IK Partners

Rivean Capital has signed a definitive agreement to acquire a majority stake in Acture Group from IK Partners (IK Small Cap II), with Acture CEO Maudie Derks and the management team reinvesting alongside Rivean. Acture, headquartered in Nijmegen, Netherlands, is a provider of employee welfare and absence-management services (including case management, reintegration programmes and an absence insurance proposition) and employs roughly 390 full-time employees across the Netherlands and Germany. Rivean will support Acture's international growth and digital/product development to scale the business across Europe; completion is subject to regulatory and works council approvals.

IK Investment Partners Acquires Majority Stake in You Sure

IK Investment Partners, through its IK Small Cap II Fund, has agreed to acquire a majority stake in You Sure Investments B.V. from Synergia Capital Partners. The Netherlands-based insurance distribution platform, which operates as a broker and Managing General Agent (MGA) serving over 60,000 customers with more than 130 employees, will partner with IK to pursue further consolidation and organic growth in the P&C insurance market.
