Integrated Pain Associates Partners with Lubbock Spine Institute

Integrated Pain Associates (IPA), a Triton Pacific Healthcare Partners portfolio company, announced a partnership with Lubbock Spine Institute (LSI), a provider of interventional spine and pain management services across West Texas. The deal expands IPA’s footprint into Lubbock, Midland and Amarillo, Texas; financial terms were not disclosed and Florac and Star Mountain participated as significant investors in the platform.

Lee Equity Acquires Majority Stake in The Living Company

Lee Equity Partners acquired a majority ownership interest in The Living Company (operating under the University Furnishings brand), an asset-light FF&E logistics and installation provider headquartered in Dallas, Texas. TZP exited its investment while Platform Ventures retained an equity stake; financial terms were not disclosed. Lee Equity said it will work with management to accelerate growth into hospitality, workforce housing, senior living and other verticals through organic initiatives and acquisitions.

Lippert (LCI Industries) Acquires Freedman Seating Company

Lippert Components, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of LCI Industries, has acquired substantially all of the business assets of Freedman Seating Company, a Chicago-based manufacturer of transportation seating solutions. The acquisition expands Lippert’s product offering into seating and vehicle interiors for bus, rail, marine and commercial vehicle markets and preserves Freedman’s Chicago operations.

LCI/Lippert (Furrion) Acquires Way Interglobal Network LLC

LCI Industries, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Lippert Components and its brand/subsidiary Furrion LLC, acquired substantially all of the business assets of Way Interglobal Network LLC, an Elkhart, Indiana-based supplier of appliances and electronics to the RV industry. The deal (which excludes Way's power generator assets and the Way brand) adds Way’s Everchill and Greystone brands, expands North American R&D and warehousing capacity, and strengthens Lippert/Furrion’s RV appliance and electronics portfolio.
