Harbour Group Acquires Texcel (Trelltex, Inc.)

Harbour Group has acquired Trelltex, Inc. (d/b/a Texcel), a Houston-based supplier of industrial and hydraulic hoses, fittings and fluid sealing products, to join its specialty-flow components platform. Texcel will operate alongside Harbour's existing platform companies (Stainless Hose Fittings, Omega One and AMFM) to expand product offering and national distribution capabilities; terms were not disclosed.

Hansae Co. Ltd., a South Korean global fashion ODM, has acquired US textile manufacturer Texollini to vertically integrate its supply chain and strengthen synthetic-fiber production capabilities. The acquisition of the Long Beach, California factory — equipped with automated knitting, dyeing and printing lines — positions Hansae to expand high-value product lines (like activewear) and capitalize on nearshoring trends in Central America and the U.S. market.
