Mintra has acquired U.S.-based Moxie Media, a provider of industry-specific training content and media production, to strengthen Mintra’s presence in North America and integrate Moxie’s content with Mintra’s Trainingportal platform. Moxie Media will continue to operate independently while gaining access to Mintra’s digital learning technologies, expanding the combined companies’ offerings for maritime, energy and safety-critical sectors.
