Hamilton Robinson and Gladstone Capital Recapitalize WorkforceQA

Hamilton Robinson Capital Partners, alongside WorkforceQA management, completed a recapitalization of WorkforceQA, a Salt Lake City–based tech-enabled third-party administrator of employee screening and compliance services. Gladstone Capital Corporation provided senior debt and a minority equity investment to support the transaction, which will fund technology and people investments and accelerate WorkforceQA's acquisition strategy.

Sterling Check Corp. Acquires Vault Workforce Screening

Sterling Check Corp. (NASDAQ: STER) acquired Vault Workforce Screening, a U.S. clinic management platform with a network of approximately 17,000 clinics, to expand its drug and health testing capabilities and in‑source key components of its supply chain. The acquisition is expected to add $40–50 million of annualized revenue and be accretive to Sterling's adjusted EPS in 2024 while enabling enhanced delivery of occupational health, MRO, and after‑hours scheduling services for employers in healthcare, transportation, and other regulated industries.

Cross Country Healthcare Acquires Workforce Solutions Group, Inc.

(WSG) effective June 8, 2021, paying $25.0 million in cash and $5.0 million in stock with up to $15.0 million in earn-out consideration. The deal was financed in part by a new $100.0 million second-lien term loan and brings WSG's home‑care and managed‑service capabilities into Cross Country's workforce solutions portfolio; Blackstone also entered Cross Country's capital structure to support the company's acquisition strategy.

WorkCare, Inc., a U.S. occupational health, wellness and absence management company based in Anaheim, California, acquired HPM Corporation (HPMC), the prime medical services contractor at the Department of Energy's Hanford Site, effective April 1, 2023. The acquisition is intended to maintain delivery of occupational medicine and clinical services to more than 8,000 DOE and site contractor employees and aligns with WorkCare's strategic business development plans.

FFL Partners and Two Sigma Impact Acquire Majority Ownership of Community Medical Services

FFL Partners and Two Sigma Impact have acquired majority ownership of Community Medical Services (CMS), a Scottsdale-based provider of medication-assisted treatment for opioid use disorder. The transaction (financial terms undisclosed) transfers majority control from Clearview Capital Fund III and is supported by senior secured financing arranged by Antares to fund CMS' continued growth and expansion across multiple states.
