Hamilton Robinson Capital Partners, alongside WorkforceQA management, completed a recapitalization of WorkforceQA, a Salt Lake City–based tech-enabled third-party administrator of employee screening and compliance services. Gladstone Capital Corporation provided senior debt and a minority equity investment to support the transaction, which will fund technology and people investments and accelerate WorkforceQA's acquisition strategy.
