Sixth Street and Patron Capital Acquire Cala Group from Legal & General

Sixth Street Partners and Patron Capital have agreed to acquire Cala Group from Legal & General for an enterprise value of £1.35 billion, with completion expected in Q4 2024. The transaction gives the PE investors control of the UK housebuilder to support Cala’s next stage of growth and further develop its landbank and delivery of new homes across Scotland and Southern England.
