The Vistria Group has acquired Beacon Specialized Living Services, a Kalamazoo-based provider of residential and support services for adults and children with severe mental illness and intellectual and developmental disabilities. The investment will provide capital to reinvest in care, fund innovation in Beacon's behavioral health model, and support geographic growth across several Midwest and East Coast states.

The Vistria Group Completes Majority Recapitalization of Education Solutions Services (ESS)

The Vistria Group has acquired a majority stake in Education Solutions Services (ESS), a Knoxville-based K-12 staffing and virtual instruction provider; Nautic Partners sold the majority interest but will remain a minority investor. Comvest Credit Partners acted as administrative agent on a senior secured credit facility to support the transaction. ESS serves roughly 900 school districts (over 4 million students) and will use the new partnership to accelerate growth and expand its virtual and managed staffing capabilities.
