DivvyCloud, a provider of cloud security and compliance automation, raised $19 million in a growth round led by Providence Strategic Growth with follow-on investments from MissionOG and RTP Ventures. The funding (bringing total raised to $29M) will be used to accelerate product innovation—extending policy enforcement into CI/CD, container and serverless support—and to expand sales, marketing and customer success efforts.

Bill.com Acquires Divvy

Bill.com acquired Divvy, a Draper, Utah-based leader in spend management, in a stock-and-cash transaction valued at approximately $2.5 billion (about $625M cash and $1.875B in Bill.com stock). The deal integrates Divvy’s expense management software and corporate card capabilities into Bill.com’s cloud financial operations platform to give SMB customers a one‑stop solution for AP, AR and spend management.

Rapid7 Acquires IntSights Cyber Intelligence for ~$335M

The acquisition brings IntSights' external threat intelligence and remediation capabilities into Rapid7's Insight Platform to strengthen its XDR and threat detection, response and automation offerings.

Zscaler Acquires Cloudneeti

Zscaler announced the intent to acquire Cloudneeti, a Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) startup, to extend Zscaler's Cloud Security Platform with public-cloud misconfiguration detection and automated remediation capabilities. The acquisition will broaden Zscaler's data protection coverage across SaaS, IaaS and PaaS environments; terms were not disclosed and the deal was expected to close prior to Zscaler's fiscal third quarter.

VMware Acquires Pivotal Software
