Markel Group Acquires Majority Interest in Valor Environmental

Markel Group has agreed to acquire a majority interest in Valor Environmental, a nationwide provider of erosion control and related environmental services. The transaction follows Clearwell Group's successful exit after partnering with Valor to scale the business to more than 700 employees and over 2,000 customers.
