Ascent Software Group Acquires Value Acceptance

Ascent Software Group (ASG), the developer of the Jaro appraisal platform, has acquired Value Acceptance, a technology developer specializing in LiDAR and augmented reality floor-plan and property data collection. The acquisition will integrate Value Acceptance's on-site property data collection capabilities into ASG's Jaro suite to accelerate appraisal modernization and support new GSE-required property data reports.

Valsoft Corporation Acquires Vigilix
