Voxtur Acquires Appraisers Now (Anow)

Voxtur Analytics Corp. completed the acquisition of Appraisers Now Ltd. (Anow) for approximately $30.5 million, comprised of $10.0 million cash and the issuance of common shares. Voxtur Analytics Acquires Xome Valuations from Mr. Cooper

Voxtur Analytics US Corp., a subsidiary of Voxtur Analytics Corp., executed and closed an agreement to acquire Xome Services LLC and Xome Valuation Services LLC (together, Xome Valuations) from Mr. Cooper Group for approximately US$15 million (US$9M cash and US$6M in Voxtur shares). The acquisition adds valuation management products and operational expertise to Voxtur's cloud-based valuation management platform to accelerate capabilities and expand its footprint in residential real estate valuation services.

Voxtur Analytics Acquires RealWealth Technologies
