Voxtur Analytics Corp. completed the acquisition of Appraisers Now Ltd. (Anow) for approximately $30.5 million, comprised of $10.0 million cash and the issuance of common shares. The purchase strengthens Voxtur’s recurring revenue base and accelerates development of its data ingestion engine and appraisal workflow capabilities for the lending and valuation market.
