Voxtur Acquires Blue Water Financial Technologies

Voxtur Analytics Corp.'s U.S. subsidiary executed an agreement to acquire all membership interests of Blue Water Financial Technologies Holding Company, LLC, a SaaS-based mortgage asset valuation and MSR trading platform. The transaction is valued at approximately USD $101 million (USD $30M cash plus share consideration), is expected to be accretive, and is subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.

Wolters Kluwer Acquires XCM Solutions

Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting North America has agreed to acquire XCM Solutions, a cloud-based workflow solutions provider for professional tax and accounting firms, for €136 million. The acquisition (target headquartered in Quincy, Massachusetts with ~440 employees and 2019 revenues of €19 million) will enable integration with Wolters Kluwer’s CCH Axcess platform and expand its cloud-based workflow and outsourcing capabilities.
