Dropbox has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire DocSend, a secure document sharing and analytics company, for $165 million in cash. The acquisition (expected to close in Q1 2021) will integrate DocSend with Dropbox and HelloSign to provide customers end-to-end secure document workflows and analytics.

Francisco Partners to Acquire bswift from CVS Health

Francisco Partners has signed a definitive agreement to acquire bswift, a provider of cloud-based benefits technology and services, from CVS Health. bswift offers enrollment, decision-support and benefits administration software and will continue partnering with CVS Health and Aetna; the transaction is a carve-out expected to close subject to customary conditions.

Formstack Acquires WebMerge

Formstack, a Fishers, Indiana–based SaaS workflow and data-collection platform backed by PSG Equity and Silversmith Capital Partners, has acquired WebMerge, a document automation and PDF/Word generation provider. The acquisition expands Formstack Documents’ capabilities by integrating WebMerge’s document generation and existing integrations; all WebMerge employees joined Formstack and WebMerge will remain a supported standalone product.

airSlate Acquires DocHub

The acquisition will accelerate DocHub's product development and integrate its PDF and eSignature capabilities into airSlate's portfolio alongside pdfFiller and signNow.

Stage Fund Acquires GetSwift

The deal transfers GetSwift’s SaaS assets into Stage’s portfolio to expand its capabilities in technology and logistics and support growth across North America, Europe and Asia.

bswift LLC Acquires Davis & Company

bswift LLC, a cloud-based employee benefits technology and administration provider, has acquired Davis & Company, a 40-year internal communications and employee engagement firm. The acquisition, effective April 12, 2024 and announced April 15, 2024, will fold Davis & Company's team into bswift’s Communication Agency to expand its internal and HR communication capabilities; financial terms were not disclosed.
