Bain Capital to Acquire HealthEdge from Blackstone Funds

Financial terms were not disclosed; the transaction is expected to close in Q2 2025 and positions Bain to accelerate HealthEdge's product growth and GenAI enablement for health plans.

Blackstone Acquires Majority Stake in HealthEdge Software

Blackstone said it will support HealthEdge’s expansion and product development; terms were not disclosed.

WELL Health Acquires ExecHealth Inc.

WELL Health Technologies Corp. agreed to acquire all issued and outstanding shares of ExecHealth Inc., an Ottawa-based omni-channel provider of primary, corporate and executive health services. The deal consideration includes CA$6.52M cash, CA$4.21M in WELL common shares and a performance-based earn-out of up to CA$1.89M; the transaction expands WELL's clinical footprint into Ontario and its premium corporate/executive health offering.

WebMD Health Corp. Acquires The Wellness Network

Equifax Acquires Health e(fx)

The acquisition adds Health e(fx)'s cloud-native ACA platform and service capabilities — including offices in Minneapolis, Minnesota and Thunder Bay, Ontario — to Equifax's HR, payroll and benefits offerings.

Hudl Acquires BlueFrame Technology

The acquisition integrates BlueFrame’s end-to-end streaming and production tools into Hudl’s product suite, enabling athletic programs (K-12 and collegiate) to monetize livestreams and reach more fans.
